Otter is an otter Hybrid, and he is one of Naga's friends.
Appearance[]
He has brown hair with small otter ears at the sides of his head, his hair is tied in a ponytail which resembles an otter's tail. His eyes and nose are shaped like an otter's. He is shown in mainly brown clothing.
Personality[]
He tends to be a bit of a flirt, often hanging out with his girlfriend. He is also a bit of an idiot.
Background[]
Ottar is shown to be hanging out with Naga in their childhood, he also appears in Chapter 36, in a flashback from when the two, and Sahara were children.
Story[]
He appears in Chapter 15 when Naga went to speak with his friends.
In Chapter 38, he is shown with Naga and Sahara in a restaurant, Naga is venting at the two of them for feeling used by SPOON.

They are good friends, they fight occasionally.

In her first appearance they got into a fight, but they later end up making up. She is seen occasionally with him.
